Yuletide Yoked: Upper Body Workout

Dumbbell Hammer Curls/ Dumbbell Overhead Extension | 8 / 10 | 3 |
Each pair of exercises is a superset, complete both exercise back to back with little rest between each. Rest 60-90 seconds between each superset. Complete all sets of each superset before performing the next pair of exercises.
