Keep your spirits high and your body fat low with twelve workouts to keep you fit during the holidays. Improve your fitness level with these workouts designed by fitness specialists here at the Center. Visit our blog every day until Christmas to get the latest workout.
Today’s workout was created by Fitness Specialist Eileen Conneely!
Merry Fitmas Upper Body Workout!
C: cardio of your choice 3-5 min.
H: hammer curls 10
R: rows 10
I: incline push up 10
S: side plank 10 sec. switch sides x 5
T: tricep kickbacks 10
M: mountain climbers 30 seconds
A: alternate front raises 10 on each side
S: shoulder press 10
**Repeat 2-4 times**
You can use a resistance band or free weights for these exercises!
