Keep your spirits high and your body fat low with twelve workouts to keep you fit during the holidays. Improve your fitness level with these workouts designed by fitness specialists here at the Center. Visit our blog every day until Christmas to get the latest workout.

Merry Fitmas Workout!
C: cardio of your choice 1 min.
H: hip thrusts with kettlebell or free weight, 10-15 reps
R: run in place 1 min.
I: invisible jump rope 1 min.
S: squats with or without weight, 20 reps
T: twenty second plank
M: mountain climbers 30 seconds
A: alternating lunges, 10 on each leg
S: side leg lifts, 25 on each leg
**Repeat 2-4 times**
**Cool down and stretch**
