Ken W. joined the Orland Park Health & Fitness Center in January of 2016 to help build strength in his knee after a total knee replacement. Ken was also looking to create healthy habits and get himself on track for a healthier lifestyle.
Neck Rotations – Sit upright with your shoulders down. Look straight ahead. Slowly turn your head towards your left shoulder as far as is comfortable. Hold for 5 seconds and return to the starting position.
