We’re thrilled to invite you to our upcoming MyFitRx Open House! Join us for a day of exploration, education and fun as we showcase the incredible offerings here at Orland Park Health & Fitness Center.

Classes and Workshops:
- NM Cardiac Rehab information table

- 12:00 PM–1:00 PM: Observe a supervised MyFitRx exercise session

- Sit and Fit and Gentle Yoga Class

In eight weeks, our certified fitness specialists will help you improve your level of physical activity through a customized fitness plan, fitness assessments and full membership access to our medically integrated fitness center.
