Choose a Next Steps Fitness Program to Support Your Fitness Goals
Did you know that there are fitness programs at Orland Park Health and Fitness Center to give you extra support as you exercise? Next Steps is collection of fitness programs for individuals transitioning from or managing a medical condition. These programs will also help those who need additional support to improve their level of physical activity.
Each 8-week program includes the staff and tools you need to safely and effectively reach your fitness goals:
Next Steps fitness programs will help you to improve your life through exercise. Participants in these programs feel more comfortable and confident about exercise and they experience real results.
