Join us for our 3-repetition max bench press and squat competition! This competition is an in-house, members only match-up against other members in your division to see who can get the highest strength score*.
Weigh-ins will be completed the day of the competition. Please arrive warmed up and ready to lift!

This event is FREE to members. Individual winners in each division will win a free month of membership and a day pass for your favorite spotter.
