An event every week that begins at 9:00am on Monday, repeating indefinitely
Heart rate based training will guarantee you get the most of your time whether you’re doing the 30 minute boost ride or the 50 minute ride. Class will alternate between endurance, interval or strength rides. Heart rate monitor or FitBit encouraged.
