We’re thrilled to invite you to our upcoming MyFitRx Open House! Join us for a day of exploration, education, and fun as we showcase the incredible offerings here at Orland Park Health & Fitness Center.

Classes and Workshops:
- 10:00 am – Sit and Fit
- 10:30 am – Gentle Yoga
- 11:15 am– Information session and Q&A with Wellness Navigator Tyler Gut
- 12:00 pm– Observe a supervised MyFitRx exercise session
