Thank You for Tackling Triple Threat

We’re giving a special shoutout to all our members who completed our four-week Triple Threat session on February 30! This four-week program is perfect for those aiming to increase strength in the squat, bench press and deadlift. Triple Threat offers a fun yet challenging weightlifting experience through the Volt app. Whether you’re training for the Texas Lift ‘Em competition or just looking to improve, this program will push you toward your goals!
Progress in and out of the Center.
This program can be completed wherever you are—on days the group doesn’t meet, participants can complete work through the Volt app. “This group has made tremendous progress since they started this program,” says Coach Aryanna. “I am very blessed to have had the opportunity to train them through their journey and gain their friendship along the way.”
Build your fitness community.
This program is more than just a fitness class; it’s a way to expand your fitness community and make lasting connections. “From getting to class early to warm up together, bringing snacks on the days they max out and encouraging each other on their off days to push past their limits, we have created a little family through this program and I am so grateful to be a part of it,” says Coach Aryanna.
