Aquatic Programs

Orland Park Health & Fitness Center offers an exclusive aquatic area for members to enjoy with many programs open to non-members. This beautiful center includes a 25-yard lap pool featuring an aerobic exercise area and a warm water therapy pool geared for many aquatic programs. Our aquatic area and well-trained instructors offer the perfect platform for many unique aquatic classes and programs including the following:

Water Therapy Classes

Members = FREE

Non-Members =  Are able to purchase passes at the front desk. Please call for prices as we have many options,  708-226-0555.
Water therapy is ideal for those with arthritis or fibromyalgia; persons recovering from joint replacement; or people dealing with chronic pain.

Aquatic Exercise Classes

Members = FREE

Non-Members =  Are able to purchase passes at the front desk. Please call for prices as we have many options, 708.226.0555.
Group exercise in the water can be an excellent way to reach your personal fitness goals. High-, moderate, and low-intensity classes are available.

Private Swim Lessons

Our center now offers private swim lessons conducted by a certified Lifeguard and Water Safety Instructor. Private swim lessons are for participants 6 months of age and older. All levels of swimmers welcome. Children 15 years old and under will need a parent present during their lesson. All participants are required to complete a 10-15 minute entrance exam to gauge swim level. Individual lessons and lesson packages available for member, residents and non-residents.
