About Ben
"Fitness has always been about keeping the ability to lead an active lifestyle for me. Through high school, I was a three sport athlete - golf, basketball and volleyball. As I age, I continue to want to stay active, and more importantly would like to stay active and compete at a high level. My love of medically based fitness stems from a long family history of disease. In my extended family, there is a long history of heart disease, kidney disease, and cancer. I believe that an emphasis on Fitness is the key to fighting those issues. Fitness is important in leading the lifestyle that I plan on leading personally, and would love to share my knowledge with all OPHFC members as well."

I have been fortunate enough to train athletes who have become stronger, faster and a better athlete overall. Now, I strive to help YOU, find your love in fitness and make it something you look forward each day."

About Mike
"Hello, my name is Michael Kane and I recently graduated from Western Illinois University. I have a degree in Exercise Science, and have spent a good deal of time working in corrective exercise and rehab techniques. I spent 9 months at a physical therapy office, where I learned a great deal of recovery methods, which I am an advocate for! With my experiences, I have a special interest in working with clients who may be recovering from accidents, falls, or are just generally interested in improving mobility and quality of life. “Success is no accident. It is hard work, perseverance, learning, studying, sacrifice, and most of all, love of what you are doing or learning to do.” – Pele"
Angela began her journey as a licensed massage therapist in 2015. Her pressure ranges from very light to deep, so she is able to perform both Swedish massage as well as deep tissue. She is also delighted to continue working with prenatal clients, a certification she achieved early on in her career in 2016. In addition, she has taken some courses in Myofascial Release and is a level 3 Reiki Practitioner. She enjoys incorporating concepts and skills from these teachings into her massage practice.
Angela believes that massage benefits all areas of the human experience, from the most obvious physical level to the mental, emotional, and spiritual components. One of her favorite quotes by an unknown author is, “Touch the body. Heal the mind. Calm the spirit.” The ripple effect starts with that one touch! That one touch, when paired with regular exercise, healthy eating, and mental self-care, can contribute to an even greater level of overall wellness. After all, as Jim Rohn stated, “Take care of your body, it’s the only place you have to live.”
