What is an EMOM?
EMOM is an acronym that stands for ‘every minute on the minute’. This High Intensity Interval Training style workout will challenge you to complete exercises for a certain number of reps in less than 60 seconds. Once you complete the exercises you use the rest of the minute to rest until the next minute starts.
This class is designed to help build muscular strength, increase stamina, lower body fat percentage and improve core strength.
