Resistance bands are light, portable, and affordable. They are designed to increase your strength, stamina, and coordination and can make every exercise a core exercise. Men and women of all ages and levels of coordination, conditioning, and strength can use them!
This 4-week, twice per week program will allow you to progress with all types of resistance bands. It is designed for beginner to intermediate level participants.”
