Buddy the Elf’s Leg Workout
Equipment Needed: Ankle Bands and Dumbbells
1) Ankle Band walks.
2) Ankle Band squats.
3) Sumo Squats use Body weight.
4) Split Squats with Body weight.
5) Lung with a Bicep Curl use Dumbbells for Bicep Curl.
6) Calf Raises
7) X-Crunches
8) Bridges (You can place the dumbbells on the top of your thighs and push down to intensify the exercise.)
-Complete 3 sets of 10-15 reps. Use a cardio machine for 5-10 minutes as a warm up.
