Santa’s Cardio Workout
Interval training on the cardio machines.
-Pick out two cardio machines of your choosing for this workout.
-1st Cardio Equipment. You will complete ten minutes on this.
Ex: Elliptical
-Every 30 seconds you will go as fast you can. The next 30 seconds you will go at a leisurely pace. You will complete 5 rounds.
-2nd Cardio Equipment. You will complete ten minutes on this.
Ex: Rower
-Start at a low resistance and then after a minute increase the resistance by 1-3 levels. You will increase for a total of ten times.
