Jingle (Kettle)bells: Cardio Circuit Workout
Exercise: | Reps: |
KB Swings | 10 |
KB Goblet Squats | 10 |
KB Curl to Overhead Extension | 5 of each |
KB RDL to High Pull | 10 of each |
KB Halos | 5 each direction |
KB Suitcase Carry | 20 steps with the KB on each side |
Perform each exercise in a circuit fashion with minimal rest between exercises.
Rest 1-2 minutes between rounds.
Complete 3-5 rounds.
