Mr.Snowman’s Upper Body Workout
Equipment needed: Resistance Band, Dumbbells and Medicine Ball
1) Row with Resistance Band
2) Bicep Curl with Resistance Band
3) Push Ups use Body weight
4) Shoulder Press with Dumbbells.
5) Triceps kickbacks with Dumbbells.
6) Single Arm Push Ups with Medicine Ball.
7) ¾ Crunch with Medicine Ball.
-Complete 3 sets of 10-15 reps for each exercise. You can warm up by using a cardio machine for 5-10 minutes.
