Fit and Strong After 60: Join Us for Senior Health and Fitness Day
Regular exercise is important for the physical and mental health of all ages. As you get older, staying active has a significant role in helping to prevent your risk for certain diseases or managing a pre-existing condition. Individuals who suffer from arthritis, heart disease, or diabetes benefit from regular exercise.
To maintain a lifestyle of health, there are many ways to achieve your health and fitness goals. Walking, hiking, biking, or swimming can keep you active and in shape. More options to consider are fun activities such as golf, yoga, Pilates, dance, and exercise classes. At Orland Park Health & Fitness Center, we incorporate medical fitness programs into our fitness facility to provide you with the best fitness experience possible. We’re here to support the seniors in our community by offering a unique and personalized experience not offered anywhere else.
Join us on Wednesday, May 10 for Senior Health and Fitness Day. From 9:00am -12:00pm we will have senior talks in the lobby, several vendors for you to explore, and a game of bingo. This event is open to the community.
